It's time for Baby Science!  In this class, your baby will be introduced to basic science concepts to spark their imagination and curiosity.  This month we will be exploring different textures.  Ages 3-24 months.

Practice reading and literacy skills with a teen mentor! Reading Buddies is a 4-week reading program that combines one-on-one reading encouragement and group activities to foster a love of reading and build confidence.

Enjoy a warm and inviting space where you and your child can play and socialize with others in the community. Please note: This is a social event for both caregiver and child, as opposed to a traditionally structured program.

Build early language and large motor skills through rhyme, songs, book sharing and hands-on activities with your child. Ages 6-24 months with caregiver. Registration is required.

Perform, create, and have fun! Join us to explore various art forms. Each class features a new skill, artist, artistic movement or technique. Grades K-2. Registration is required.

Learn about a “star ingredient” used to make a smoothie, what food group it represents, and a skill associated with it. Then use the stationary smoothie bike to pedal the bike and blend your own smoothie.

Rotating competition is organized by the club coordinator.  Knowledge of chess rules is required; limited instruction may be provided for beginners.  Chess equipment has been generously donated by Virginia Chess Federation, private donor

Hang out, play the card game, and make a craft! Bring your Pokémon cards and games to trade, battle, and more with other local players. Grades 3-8. Registration is required.
