Celebrate Black History Month with a film series.
Based on the life of Jackie Robinson, this movie depicts what life was like for him and his wife, Rachel, as he became the first black man to play in Major League baseball. He was truly the right man for the job, a hero in every sense of the word. Never let them see you sweat, he hit home runs, and stole bases all the while enduring yet ignoring all the racial epithets thrown his way. Starring Chadwick Boseman and Harrison Ford. Rated PG. Teen and Adult. Registration not required.
