Learn about the Virginia Beach Electric Vehicle (EV) Community Charging Plan adopted by City Council last April – and receive a free Home Energy Supply Kit*!

City of Virginia Beach Energy Management Administrator Lori Herrick Borden shares details about the plan, including potential short, medium and long-term opportunities for supporting EV charging infrastructure in Virginia Beach.

*Home Energy Supply Kit includes LED lightbulbs, a low flow shower head, air filter whistle, and a mini laser thermometer.
