Details
Chill out and calm down as we learn and practice mindfulness activities. This program will be a mix of gentle movement and kid-friendly guided meditations. We will listen and talk about gratitude, loving kindness, & learn about how and why deep breathing relaxes us. We will fly like butterflies, stand strong like trees, breathe like the ocean, and feel the peace within us. You are welcome to bring your blanket or a yoga mat.
For ages 3 - 8. Registration is required.
