Outdoor Book Club: Kayaking

Reading is an adventure--and so is kayaking. Virginia Beach Public Library and Virginia Beach Parks & Recreation are partnering  to combine reading and kayaking for another exciting book discussion!

Meet us at Pungo Ferry Landing Park, 2290 Old Pungo Ferry Road, Virginia Beach, VA 23457  to leave the dock by 10:00 a.m. on Saturday, September 14. 

We will discuss "The Island" by Adrian McKinty.

Book club books are available in print and large print format and audiobook to pick up at the Central Library for registered participants. 

Kayak beginners welcome. Participants are required to sign a liability waiver at the location/event. 

All registered participants will receive an email before the event with important information.

Adults. Registration is required.
