Learn about watercolor painting using two different techniques. Grades K-2. 

Art materials (watercolor paint, paintbrush, cardstock, salt and crayon) to be supplied by library. Registered participants should pick up their art materials between September 1-9 at the Children's Service Desk of the Meyera E. Oberndorf Central Library at 4100 Virginia Beach Boulevard.
