Meet the Artist: Patricia Gee

“No Mask Required”, a photography show by Patricia Gee , will be on display throughout the month of November, 2022 in the Central Library art gallery.

Gee’s work took a sudden halt as we "locked down".  She  said, “I sensed my family was a little annoyed by my constant need for subjects. So, I headed out where masks were not required , venturing into the wilderness of my backyard. I started out by photographing interesting, dead plants. and finding the cutest bugs staring right back at me. I had to deal with apprehensive feelings towards bugs and at the same time try to show them in an artistic light.“

Meet the artist at Central Library on November 2 from 6-7:30 pm.
